In 2010, their theme was "illumination" so they asked if I'd wear a suit to match the theme. I didn't own a bright suit so I went shopping for the brightest thing I could find. Now I wear the suit when I do my kid shows... Seems to be a big hit!

I love your suit, Lyle. Down here in southern Louisiana It would be way to hot for me though.
The card is priceless. It would be interesting if many years later you contact Olivia and show her, her card. It reminds me of a show I did 2 years ago for a young girls birthday. The next year her parents gave her another party and asked her what she wanted? She asked to have the magician again. Gee, I wonder if she'll ask for me again this year? I think it is fantastic that we bring magic into peoples lives. |

I would imagine that Dallas gets pretty hot also. I'm asked to do about 50-60% of my shows outside.

Very nice!
Last weekend I had a birthday girl phone me up (obviously with help from mum) who insisted she wanted to thank me personally! It made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside Compliments like that are in some ways better than a financial reward (ie tip!) Mark |

Congratulations Christopher !!!
It's always nice to get feedback like this from the audience, specially kids. Kids are always honnest and personally I think its one of the best advertising one can have. A thing like this happend to me aswell, the kids gave me a drawing at the end of the evening to thank me. I still have it and keep it proudly. Sometimes I have aswell kids that show up at the end of the show to thank me with warm compliments and the little ones often ask to give me a kiss on the cheek. It's just so wonderful to get this kind of recognition from them. Concerning your suit, me too I wear a bright yellow and black suit for my kids shows. It gives the typical red suit a rest and kids like it. Oliver. |
