I'm not sure why, but the layout you did clearly showed the differences in the sizes of the coins.
Also, the steal of the jumbo coin flashed and you could see it through your fingers before you revealed it. Other than that, cool! |

Thanks Jeff, but as I stated I'm not looking for any comments, because we as magicians seem to fall into the routine as looking at things from the magicians eye... the layout to lay people doesn't show the size, they just look at the effect that it's having on them. Thanks for your comments though.

I must say I strongly disagree with the different sizes looking obvious. I'm well familiar with the routine and did still not notice a thing. I'm quite sure a layman wouldn't ever be able to notice it either.
Hefemexy, why would you not want any comments on your performance, good or bad? What is then the point of sharing this performance with us, as the same thing has been performed many times before? For what it's worth, I thought it was beautifully performed. |

Thank you orb, I appreciate that, I prefer not to get involved in all of the comments here on the Café, because I personally have my mentors for that and everyone has their own feelings on routines. It seems as though comments usually end up in arguments between ppl on here someone thinks they are right and the other person is wrong. People forget about just the magic. Another reason is and this is just me being honest here, as I usually am.. This is my life it is all that I do and I've learned from my mentors and I've noticed that most people on here and I mean no disrespect by this are hobbyist or amateurs, trying to tell someone who does this all day every day for a living how to change something that works for them. If I need or want advice I share my routine with my mentor and ask for it, I am very humble and do not think I'm above learning or hearing good ideas. I just don't want to listen to several people argue about what they think I flashed or I should arrange things in a different manner. As a perfect example the mention of the coin sizes and I shouldn't put them that way... lol I do this in my show all the time and not once has anyone said anything about the sizes. That's the main reason orb. I'm still a baby in this craft, but the reason I put some videos on here occasionally is because when I was brand new I saw things that inspired me even when Café members told me I should quit, because I wouldn't listen to their advice. So I put things I feel some new people would like in the hopes of maybe be somewhat of an inspiration to them even in the least little bit.

I liked it !
Im a sucker for silent routines to music because that's what I originally did, I also do some coin work. I thought the transpositions were well done and even as a magician, I didn't follow most of the moves. Yes, the side of the super-sized coin flashed at the end, but I think any non magician, even if they saw it, would just think they were seeing part of a normal coin and would still be surprised Nicely done!

I'm one of those hobbyists and I try to watch all the videos and look at everything from a perspective of the people I'm trying to entertain. Don't really care about impressing other magicians. That's not the point. Watching this is an inspiration. Smooth and I'm sure the people who watch your shows really appreciate it, as do I. |

Good job and nice result. For improvements, work at varying your pace a little more, even during your Chink A Chink phase.
