As a general rule, I don't believe in mandatory sentencing, but I do believe in mandatory minimums.

Then due process does not preclude some measure of intelligent discretion in the sentencing. I don't see how that has bearing on due process for workers. We don't call people innocent or guilty without due process, which means taking the time to investigate the actual situation which is the same protection that unions seek. It's the very opposite of ZT.
