What kind of stories are in this book?
And what kind of magic are used for the stories? Thanks, John |

The book contains a large number of some of Barry Mitchell's finest effects that you can make yourself in addition to his patter for the routines. His patter for the routines are the "stories" that give context to each effect. The book also explains the elements needed to create a good story which you can fashion around an effect. So, in that regard the book is meant to be instructive as well as inspirational and I think it excells in both areas. If you learn and use only one or two effects in the book or if the book inspires you to create your own stories for effects that you already do, then the book would be very much worth your while.
