I was wondering, since I got soooooo many answers in my earlier topic, if there are any rings in Brazil or South America, If not, are there means of branching one here?

It looks like there is a Ring in Sao Paulo, but contact information isn't available at the I.B.M. Web site (http://www.magician.org/portal/ibm_localrings/Brazil). Some countries do have information at http://www.magician.org/portal/en/ibm_localrings. I found info for Argentina, but the other South American countries I checked turned up blank.
I'd recommend contacting the administrator at office@magician.org and asking for contact information in Brazil or suggestions on how to start a new Ring. Regards, Jason |

Magrin,
The only IBM Ring in Brazil I have notice of is here in São Paulo. It is, ironically, a tightly closed circle - a club whose mebers call a "study group" but allows no new members to be added unless a current one leaves. I quit the whole "magic club" scene many years ago because of things like this happening. |
