Even the solid ones had pinholes, but not as bad. Trouble I had with his solid ones (which looked better than Randi's at the time, boht in size and color) were that they were so heavy. There was a noticeable (to me) "thunk" when they landed in the glass.
But this was a few years ago. I haven't bothered to buy every new version that hit the market since finding a combination that worked for me at the time.
No trees were killed in the making of this message, but a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.
