FYI: I received this note from FCM President Del Wilson, being passed along here if you did not see it: "The FCM Handbook and Constitution and By-Laws are posted on the FCM website. They are listed in the Library section of the Members Only area. You can conveniently refer to them anytime you are on your computer. By having them posted on the FCM website, it will be so much easier for us to keep the handbook updated and make timely additions to the Constitution and By-Laws as new updates and changes are voted in without major publishing costs. This is the first time we have done such extensive work on our FCM Handbook and Constitution and By-Laws. It has taken the FCM Board and Editor several months to get it in order and finished. I am personally pleased the task is completed. We will be voting on some amendments at the International FCM Business Meeting (in Marion, Indiana this July- see http://www.fcm.org) to further update our Constitution & By-Laws."

They were posted there back in June, not sure if they are on the newly/being constructed FCM web site. Hope to see you all tomorrow in Nashville!

When you go to the website there is a gray bar click on the "Log in button" after logging in, in the upper right hand corner you will 'Library" click on that and you will see all the downloads available.
