Thanks, Bill. I could not find it. Seems to be harder to find now that Ian Garrison is dead... or I was just looking at wrong shops...

The best rope routine is the one you like doing and one you can entertain with.

Your best rope routine is this one: the one where you take months and months to view and study just about everything on ropes.
You start building your routine based on the best. Next you start innovating, and making it your own over the next five years. Now you have YOUR best rope miracle!!! |

The routine I've been doing for many years for children. It took quite a long time to get all the fun and laughter as the routine flows along. Basically, it can be done with one or two helpers.
It starts out with a small square black box my (Pandora Box). The top lid is open and every time I start to say "boys and girls, this is my Pandora box" the lid slams shut, another time it slams on my fingers, next on my nose when I tried to peek inside. A bundle of rope is taken from the box and as I hand it to the child on my right, it flies back into the box, this is repeated 2 or 3 times. I now hand one end to the helper, but she is having a bit of problem grabbing hold because the end keeps wiggling up and down. There you are, just some fun with a piece of rope before the cut and restored. The routine runs 4 to 5 minutes. Tricky Ricky |

I love Tabary too as some partners have said and I like Unplugged by Ruben Vilagrand, a version of Pavel's routine with some extras.

I don't know that I ever researched the actual method, but what I came up with in my head seemed so far-fetched. Far-fetched enough that it's probably exactly the method used.
