The new cards are looking real nice.
Can you already tell us something about the pricing? |

It's basically the Fallen and unlike whitestar Tony and I have had full control of the artwork the cards are replica cart de visite photos of the period. We have put some secret indicators on each to allow you to do a predicted photo to wallet. Also you can determine the fate of the passenger by the photo on the front as well as the info on the back. Sorry about the vague trailer but aside from the mechanics of the (trick) it's all about the story. The way I perform it won't be the way others do and to be honest everyone I have ever seen do any of my effects seem to do them better than me, probably my insecurity. So in brief it's the Fallen on a Titanic theme, 50 good quality photo cards, the items you get are specially made brass key fob, a real old period penny, replica post card, playing card and a Whitestar pencil. Hope this has been some help

I finally tracked down a copy of White Star (delayed, but should arrive next week) and now this revelation. My timing is either excellent or terrible here.
Very interested, Jim. Thanks.

I loved to present white star, it was kind of my way into spooky magic. So the successor will be a sure buy for me.

Whitestar was also my real first into the more spooky and story-telling, has been a favorite of mine and followed up with Til Death and The Fallen,....so where can we purchase "Titanic"?(March 2013 I toured all of Ireland and included the Titanic memorial/museum in Belfast, so my provenance is a done deal..!)

I have tried a couple of dealers UK and USA and don't find the version you describe here? Dealers have something with 28 cards, etc. Can you recommend a couple of dealers who have the above version? Thanks

I'm close to purchasing The Fallen, but for £50 I was hoping for some feedback on how I plan to use It.
I really liked Nick Einhorn's bill to marker routine since I already do a bill switch, however the marker doesn't 'fit', but I did take a look at the old bill tube again. Reading up some old feeds, a post from BCS caught my eye, he uses the tube as a device used in WW1 for correspondence (spies or couriers)... So the routine - Put the old key on the table (a relic from WW1), borrow a bill from the appointed Officer who writes an important message on it. The first example of wartime correspondence is the use of invisible ink. The second is to produce the "message safe' with bill/message. The third is memory (to avoid interceptance). And to demonstrate how one is able to memorize a seemingly impossible amount of details, 60 cards are produced looked over and one chosen. Then with only a quick look at the photo you are able to recall on only the name but the many details on the back. (The 'works' are simply exchanged for folds, scratches and stains.) So my question then, Will the apparent memorizing of the 60 cards be as interesting/powerful as the spirit or mind-reading angle? |

A have a differnet issue with this trick. I just bought it second hand from a fellow magician and the DVD was broken... 99% of what you need is written in "one form or another inside" the box. Jim was so kind as to link me directly to the videos I could not see on the DVD. Thank you Jim! Personally, I really recommend the trick, but you carefully have to think about how to present it and where and when and to whom, that is very clear from the subject matter. But this is not what I wanted to say. My issue is with the advertising second video, the one where Peter Nardi does the non-prop version. I thought this is to good to be true... and if you have the trick and if you saw all the other video examples with Jim and others perfoming the non-prop version, you can see that it is never as good and as flawless as in the Peter Nardi video... just luck with his "guesses"? Or more of a planned set-up? Or just one of 10 times which were filmed and this elegant version was chosen to be part of the ad of this trick? If you have the trick, then you know what I mean... I find this disappointing and not truthful advertising. I do like Peter Nardi and the many nice things he as advertised/sold and many are worth gold, but this video is unfair, again, you know what I mean if you have the trick and understand what I am refering to. And again, I like this trick and I still recommend it.
