I've been sorting through my late father's magic paraphernalia and came across a set of 4 cards. A 2 of spades, 3 of spades, a Joker in color and a joker in black and white (same face).
On the back are pink happy faces. This is probably from the 70's but can anyone tell me what effect this goes to? Thanks! |

Morjhana,
The 70's were the decade for packet tricks. Don't discard them. Keep them handy till you find out more about them. If I were you I would ask Harry Lorayne (he posts here on the Café). If he does not know what they are for then only your father and God know the answer. Good luck, Jim

Jim is right. This sounds very much like a packet trick. Jerry Mentzer wrote a couple of books on the subject, so you could ask him for help too, though I'm not sure how to contact him.
