Hey everyone!
Hopefully this hasn't been posted before, my apologies if it has. Since I'm new to magic, I thought I'd seek the wisdom of some of you who have been doing this a while. I've already pored over this forum day after day for quite some time, but I thought I'd take advantage of the fact that I can ask you all directly! So here it is: I've been using some stage magic (Die Box, Square Circle, etc.) as object lessons for Kids mostly, speaking at some Kids Camps here and there, as well as in Sunday School. I've got a small collection of effects going, and I'm REALLY enjoying it...especially purchasing and learning new stuff! So my question is, what do you have in your collection that you absolutely couldn't live without, particularly for Gospel Magic? I mean, almost anything can have some form of Gospel Message (with enough imagination!), but what do you pack everywhere you go? Thanks for your suggestions! |

Yes. I just returned from a week of being the speaker at a camp for grades 3 and 4. I used several tricks to illustrate creation, Eden, the fall, the cross and resurrection. However, the one the kids couldn't stop talking about is one that makes the redemptive work on the cross crystal clear to them. I will use it for any age, actually.

Last week was the first I had used it and after seeing how it affected their understanding, I plan to use it in every presentation! Hope this helps. |
