Received it yesterday and have watched it through from start to finish once. Without a doubt the best issue yet. I honestly don't know which trick to learn first. The interview with Paul Gertner was in depth and interesting. Previously, I had not known of Paul's work. I will be learning a lot throughout the DVD - thanks!
I will be sharing your introduction to the DVD with the Senior Staff at our company as a reality check concerning what real customer service means. I own all but a handful of issues which I have yet to find, so I have a good point of comparison. GREAT job, without a doubt best yet in my opinion. |

The interview with Paul Gertner was one of the best. A real down to earth and genuine person. Really really enjoyed that one.
