I bought this booklet a few months ago and I want to share this brief review with you . I bought it on eBay but you can get it as well as an ebook in Amira´s page http://www.amirasideas.com
The booklet is very well made, with pictures and clear explanations. In this booklet you can find 2 effects and one essay , the first effect is called "impromptu prediction". The magician/mentalist writes something and leave in in his wallet or pocket, after the spectator names anything (cards, numbers, letters) and you can show that you predict that. One of the most direct methods for predictions. I read a lot of different similar effects in the past in Annemanns books and others, but this is one is clever, bold, practical and simple. You need a "mentalism" wallet for the first method that he teaches but he also gives you other handlings for more unprepared situations. That effect alone for me worth the price. The CCC theory is a great insight into how to start a performance with different tips , and finally the "colorful prediction" is a version of "technicolor prediction" for close up/parlor performances. I know that John Cesta and Martin Lewis had work with this type of effect, but this is for me the most direct version. 3 envelopes, each spectator choose one, they read the funny predictions, you take your paper (the envelope at the fingertips, no wallet or holder) and you can give the proper prediction to other spectator. I already try both effects from the booklet and they are awesome. My rate is 99% as in the Wizard product review, a great booklet that any magician and mentalist should have. |

Thanks for your review ryckhypno.
I have also other version of the "Impromptu Prediction" for those ones that only want to use a stack of paper and a normal pen, NO gimmicks. Check it HERE
