I rem someone mentioning an idea like this on the Shift post, seems like someone will actuly be making this:
An indipendant creator will be making the Staminis Metallum It will be like Shift but will feature multiple warping spots. Blooming tines and twisted neck will be included along with the regular bend at the neck. It will be cast from a mold taken of a Café fork....price is gunna be around 750 but from what I hear it will be GOOD! don't know too much more about this but sounds real good if you can afford it. Anyone else hear something about this. |

I have never heard about this before but while I can admit that shift is a great effect and probably according to your description the staminis metallum will be a lot astonishing too, I have serious hesitation why someone should buy products like these that cost soooo much.and except from the price the fact you can not give the object away in my mind minimises the power of the effect.
For someone that can easily afford them,is ok , if he wants to have a stronger moment but I believe that by giving away the fork you can have quite a stronger memory. |

This is true Harrismatic! Its a catch 22 with things like the FISM fork, Phork,Shift, Psi Key. For people who know the method of standard bending and the like these ideas will completly blow them away. But its ashame you cant give em out. I suppose if it were for a tv show or publicity stunt it may be ok b/c it will be a one time thing that will be recorded in print and peoples minds for a while. But mannnnnnnnnnnnnn the price!!!
