IContact is one I can do and fits my style - Finally. Not hard, at all. My effort, after the second reveal is to work to keep focus away from deck and moving the card and case closer to them as a 'suggestion' that they inspect it a little closer.....
Anyone have the specs ask to check out the deck? Of course, one could deck switch. How about some ruses. |

I've never had anyone ask me if they can check the deck out, if you handle the deck in a very casual free way it looks so fair, why would they?

It's more of an attitude thing really, this applies to all gimmicked decks, act naturally and don't run when no-one is chasing. If anyone is a little concerned and wants to end with a clean deck there are a couple of good moments towards the end of the routine, one is when the card box is turned over to reveal the prediction, the other is when the first "thought" of card is turned over, two great 'off beat' moments to casually place the deck into your pocket. Don't be tempted to switch the deck all in one go, just pop the deck into your pocket while placing all the emphasis on the climax, at the end just bring out another deck, but you really don't need to do this. Anyone else tried this with the spectator cutting the deck - rather than dribbling?
Part of me thinks that this appears even fairer. |

Hi David,
Cutting the deck to choose the first card is an idea suggested by John Carey on the DVD I believe. I just think dribbling them is more in keeping with the first display showing the cards are different . As for the question of the spectators wanting to look at the deck, this shouldn't be an issue as the deck is out of play in the pocket at that point anyway. I think most people (as seen in the demo) are more concerned with the card that is written on, trying to see if the writing is just stuck on somehow! Hope this helps. Best, Russ - rsvpmagic |

Use this after showing a few effects with a normal deck then do a simple deck switch and say I will show you one last thing.
Just a thought. Carl. |

Be Confident in your preforming style know your material inside out, I was blown away recently when I was shown this by Russ in Solihull it felt so fair in the selection method that I didn't even think about looking at the deck...
One thing I have been told that has always stuck in my mind is DON"T RUN NOBODY IS CHASING YOU... All the best M |

Yeah, I am confident with the presentation and doing it laid back. And, I have nonchalantely pockected th deck after the second climax. It's all good....

I haven't received this yet (Alakazam waiting for stock), but knowing it works on the same basis as 'Timecard' I can honestly say I've never had anyone want to examine the deck after showing it and as a hobbyist I show mainly friends and family who as we all know like to examine everything and are a pain in the a****! So it's all good.
Definition of a Freudian slip; Saying one thing and meaning a "mother"!
