Was considering posting this last week, but now that someone else posted it, criticism of it might not be as criticized.
"Though House Bill 195 was intended to make it easier to track the sales of stolen goods by giving police a paper trail to follow . . ." Right, because people selling stolen goods are already so good at following laws.
