I really think that the brand name "Sharpies" dry super fast or are you looking for an equivalent there in Denmark? The surface of what you are marking also factors in the rate of drying speed in some cases. Welcome here sir! |

It's mainly on playing cards that I plan to use a sharpie.

Then get a Sharpie. It's a brand name. They all dry at the same rate. It usually takes about 5 - 10 seconds. Shake the card and say something humorous.
If it dries any faster, the marker, itself, will dry out.
