Is anybody familiar with the new bill change by Chris Webb called Flash?

Nope - but there's more than a few methods that live up to that title!

Just seen a couple of pages about this trick in 'The Latest & Greatest' section that you may want to peruse.
Not read them myself as personally I love using the Tango Kartis Bill Change.

Thank you Merc Man. I have heard about the Cartis bill change. I take it you would recommend it. My question is: with the Cartis bill change can you construct a new gimmick from the design of the one you receive with the trick? I have heard that there is a problem with the original wearing out over time. Is it an easy matter to construct a new one from the model or do you have to buy a new one once it is too warn to be of service?

In time, and dependent upon usage, a replacement will be needed BUT this is true of most (all?) methods.
I've been using mine regularly since last Summer and it's still more than serviceable. I did write a full review (pros & cons) of the Kartis Bill Change in this section that you may want to check out. Sorry that I can't paste the link because I'm typing this via my mobile phone.

Thanks Merc man. I checked out that review and it was very helpful. I am going to read it again. My other question concerns the handling. Some have pointed out--and you can see this on the trailer that the handling is a little unnatural. To put it more neutrally the bill is not displayed in the normal manner of say the $100 bill switch where it is first displayed cleanly on all sides. Do you find that this is an issue for the spectators, or can a really smooth handling minimize it? It certainly looks like a very interesting possibilty for my routine. I do a lot of money magic and my own view is that the value of a trick is best determined not alone but as part of a routine.

You can actually show it very cleanly after the transformation with only 1/8th of the reverse side having to be covered - albeit naturally by your fingers. However, there is a way of turning the bill over with your hands that gives the illusion that both sides are being fully shown.
Whatever method you choose (and the Kartis method is my favourite) stay well clear of Juan Pablo's Cash Flow. It is complete and utter dross - and that comment isn't through a lack of practice or trying to make it a workable effect.

Not my favorite for real world work. I will be posting my thoughts elsewehre where there is more discussion on the efffect. However I will say the first impression was disappointed but after working with it, it is usable but I still have issues.
