There are actually two force cards included with the Mona Lisa or Brain Scan package. It's designed so that specifically the card could be changed out for another Mona Lisa designed card. (In Mona Lisa it's the 9 of Spades and 5 of Diamonds.)

Was this by chance influenced by Roger Curzon's Wipe Out The Aces? Just curious.

I think it was called Paint by Numbers but it was in Totally Out Of Control.

This effect works perfect on a yoga mat. I originally purchased one to use as a backing layer for a custom close up pad. Had a piece left over and tried out Card Artistry on it and it was smooth.

This is a great effect. I have been closing my kid shows with it. After each performance, all the kids come up and take a look at the X-Ray scan. I get more comments on this than any other effect( I do 3-4 children shows a week). I combine the Note effect to produce a tattoo on the person's arm, stating that sometimes you will be left with a mark. It plays pretty strong. Also, I place a picture frame on my table, then the closeup mat. After the reveal, I put the glass over the pad. It frames the picture and I can show everyone the x-ray in the poster frame.

For anyone put off using this due to table space there's a product called 'Gripping Stuff' which works perfectly and takes the trick off the table. Basically, it's a soft sheet of thin foam that is sticky on both sides. It will stick to most walls without the need for pins or tape. It peels off without leaving a mark and is re-usable. The cards stick firmly and the painting looks truly magical. In the UK it's available from Rymans stationers, price just £7.99. Order here http://www.ryman.co.uk/0915095052/Grippi....../Product
