Hello,
I remember watching a magic documentary (or it may even have been theatre) where there was a famous traditional act in which the magician paints an image of his deceased wife, and his grief powers the painting to come alive. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Even the rough outline of the story? I'm looking for some history on this, or even the name. Thanks, James |

The piece is called 'The Artist's Dream' and originates with England's great David Devant.
It's all in the reflexes.
