I'm sure Tarbell has some bill switches. I'm sure any billet switch would work as well, so you can look in the billet section in corinda. Maybe try mark Wilson's course in magic too. I know there's a lot more out there. I know the thumb tip is good for bill switches I just can't think off the top of my head what books might have it. If I stumble across it in my book collection I will post it.

In Practical Mental Magic, you will definitely find what you are looking for, as there is a billet switch involving a TT which is fantastic, but also various other solid switches. Check pages 11-15 and p. 216, if you have the Dover edition.

I like Michael Ammar's, and it's in one of his books, but I don't have my references right now...his is the one I use.

Yes, Ammar´s switch is great - and to be found in "The Magic of Michael Ammar", chapter 9.

"The Hundred Dollar Bill Switch" by Mike Kozlowski is an excellent switch using a TT but once you learn to do this with the TT (pretty easy) it is almost automatic that you can do this without the TT. Very visual.

Roger Klause in Concert is excellent on the Bill Switch.
