Has anyone invented a confetti shooter that uses hand pumped air. Like a super soaker or would that not be enough pressure? Don't they have rockets that launch like that?

I haven't seen a confetti launcher that does that, but there are plans on the net for potato guns. Also, air cannons get used to launch t-shirts into the stands at sports events, so if you're up for a little experimenting, you should be able to adapt one of the air-driven designs for confetti. Here's the wikipedia page to start you off:

I got curious about this, and did a quick search. Here's a link to one air-powered confetti gun on the Instructables website:

Here's another one, called a "Christmas Cannon" that the creator uses to decorate things in a hurry:

Nice. I wanna Christmas things randomly now.

Still shocked no one has tried to produce one for our market.

I remember rice krispie launchers. I think those were spring loaded. LaRock's used to carry them - not sure if they still do. I suppose they could be used for confetti.

Hi, I built a couple based on potato gun plans. PM me for details and sources.
