Hello,
I'm looking for material related to the origins of the book test. For example, I believe John Riggs has a nice write up on the origins of Q and A. I'm looking for something similar. BTW, I won't be surprised if someone cites a source I already have. Thanks. |

Thanks again. That may be one of the most informative and interesting threads I've read on The Café. And I suspect much of that was due to the contributions by Dick Christian.
