Hi,
Does anyone out there know of a company that supplies a longer balloon than a 260Q?
Ideally I would like one about 4 foot long but the same thickness as a 260 whilst uninflated.

Thanks for your time.

Not sure if there is but I guess if you have taht length it will be tough for you to pump the balloon?

And, most balloonists will combine two 260Qs to make it longer.

Thanks for your reply. I will keep searching buddy, as I need one with no joins in it. May have to have something specially made.

Does anyone know of a company that could possibly make a longer balloon?

Thanks.

Technically, a 260 is 5 Feet Long. If you stretch it before inflation, you could likely get a few more inches out of it....

Thanks for your reply buddy.
I was looking at doing a comedy cut and restored balloon whilst it was uninflated (Hence the longer size required) and then make a model with it at the end.
Tried stretching one overnight but that didn't work.

I will try to find a manufacturer.

Best Wishes.

I believe the Betallatex ballons are a little longer.

Yeah, Betallatex are a bit longer. Also, there are a type of slim jims if you can find them are a quite a bit longer, but I don't think they are still being made.

Buster Balloon published his version of the cut and restored balloon in Magic Magazine a few years ago. You could use the same method with an uninflated balloon. A longer balloon is not needed. I'm not sure of which issue it was in. I'm pretty sure it was published before he changed his name from Don Caldwell to Buster Balloon.

I usually use Qualatex balloons for a cut and restored routine. I believe it is Don Caldwell's routine.

There a couple of good versions out there. I know Don Caldwell's version of cut and restored balloon is in his manuscript/lecture notes called, "Things that fell out of my head." If you don't have it, it's a good read and a great springboard for other ideas.

You could simply do a very simple cut and restored rope routine straight from the Mark Wilson Book of Magic. Very short and sweet and very effective...
