I was wondering the same thing.

Well, he'd likely doubly wonder who you guys are, if you crossed his mind at all, that is. Smile

I am at least 99% certain that neither of those guys (or their tigers) have ever heard of me.

Got to meet (briefly, of course):

George Lindsay (Goober Pyle) - his son and I went to college together my senior year

Placido Domingo and Sherrill Milnes (Sherrill was the leading operatic baritone - he's a guy - in the world from the late 60's - early 80's). Both times it was backstage after a performance. Milnes was very nice, but Domingo must have had either had a long day or was impatient to leave...obviously had something on his mind. Seemed as if he didn't think he would be signing autographs after his concert. I don't hold it against him, though. From all accounts he is a very nice and cordial man. Everyone has a bad day now and then.
My ex-cat was named "Muffin". "Vomit" would be a better name for her. AKA "The Evil Ball of Fur".

I knew Kid Rock, when he was a kid. Photographed and performed with I.C.P. (their producer is one of my closest friends). Photographed Carla from Butcher Babies, when she was a teen (WARNING: Googling Butcher Babies is NSFW). Hung out multiple times with Funkadelics George Clinton. Know Phil Anselmo, from Pantera. Hung out backstage with the B52s.

My brother Aaron, however:

George Clinton, now that's impressive. But not as impressive as hanging out with Mike Doogan.

Haven't listened to any of Anselmo's post-Pantera stuff, but I loved his vocals with Pantera- especially on the Cowboys From Hell album.

He's a blast. High energy and super animated.

@landmark I never met Doogan. I have no idea who is spreading this rumor. Let's not muddy the Doogan legend with falsehoods.

I met John Lennon once. I've met a lot of famous people but that had to be the MOST famous.

I forgot that. My mother used to work for an old man who had an apartment in the Dakota. After visiting her, I took what has to be the Guiness Book record holder as "slowest elevator in the world" and about halfway down, Yoko and John got on. I said "hi," he said "hi" back and started talking to Yoko in very fast Japanese. I found out later, he was being harassed to try and deport him from the country. I think the fact that I didn't swoon like a fan might have made him nervous.
