Hi,
Could anyone recommend any books/videos which help with learning the basics of table hopping? Thanks for any assistance. |

The restraunt worker's handbook by Jim Pace and Jerry MacGregor is very well written. this book will take you through all the steps of getting hired and how to wow your guests and boss(s). experience also helps nothing gets you going like getting your feet wet! good luck.

Kirk Charles' books on restaurant magic are very good, too.

I wrote an ebook on getting restaurant work. It's
very complete and is all you need to get started. I offer several approaches. They all work, but you get to pick the one the suits your personality the best. Check it out at http://www.the-restaurant-magician.com |

I can vouch 'Restaurant Workers Handbook' by Jim Pace - explains all the necessary details and as a bonus includes several excellent routines which can be used in a restaurant situation, and includes valuable information on cleverly routining each performance.
Well worth it! |
