Hi Haroon. Well done. However here is some constructive criticism....
Do NOT put the money so far from them. It smacks of the hypnotist NOT being confident in his work and because is placed over THERE he will be able to get to the money before them should they move. Rather I would put it a few inches from their hand? Remember it's NEVER about what it is. Rather it's ALWAYS about how it's presented. Apart from that, full credit to you.

I have a serious question here. Don't jump all over me guys. Please I am actually trying to learn.
Are the bored people there watching the reaction you are looking for when you do this sort of stunt? NOBODY reacted to this in the audience. One guy looked in made a point to try to see something and left out of boredom. I don't get what the attraction to this sort of hypnosis is for the performer. Those people were far from entertained. They kept waiting for whatever and never got it. EVERY time I see one of these sorts of video this is the sort of muted reactions I see and I am curious if that is what you are going for? If it is, then cool. I am not saying it is bad or good or right or wrong. I am trying to see what the whole point is. That is all. PLEASE don't jump on me, I am not being judgemental or saying anything bad about it. For that matter not saying anything good either. Just trying to figure it all out is all.

I gave up trying to figure it our a while back...... why do women shave off their eye brows then draw them back on? I gave up trying to figure that out too. One of life's mysteries.

It's really quite simple, it's just like when at a restaurant, airport, men's room or anywhere where a magician decides to whip out and perform a (unwanted, unexpected) magic trick (they always assume everyone at anytime wants to see a trick), it is solely for the entertainment, amusement and self-impressing of the "performer".

Oh I didn't want to get into all that LOL.
I was more curious as to if these are the reactions being sought is all. Not trying to make an arguement.

Sorry, it was just my very first thought. I think people gathered around simply just for curiosity and then really saw nothing.
This is what is shown by their expression-less reactions. I think this is true for most improptu types of hypnosis. Anyone even with no skill (especially when a camera person is also present) can generate a group or small crowd, but are they really giving them something to see? To me, hypnosis can be and should be intriguing, fascinating and mind-blowing to those that have never experienced it in person. Even from a lackluster performer, the hypnosis itself, if presented properly, should always generate amazement and reactions. Nothing against the performer, but none of this was evident or occurred in this clip. Wasn't trying to "go there", sorry Danny, just my quick initial thoughts after watching a four minute clip. Like those in attendence, I too was waiting for a payoff that never happened. |

Your touchy Danny I never said your show wasn't good enough I said your technical ability was more obvious than any acting or improv skills. Mainly because you need them more than the other. Your show is more than good enough for your market. That's why your still doing it. You know your market and you give it what it needs.
