After advice on another website, I have discovered that: "If a website uses 25 icons in their navigation menu, it will generate a lot more hits than a site which uses a single image file. This makes hits absolutely useless when it comes to reporting traffic volume."
So apparently I haven't had such a vast number of visitors to this site.....now checking the actual number of unique visitors....which is just under 20,000. My bad. And there I was , getting all excited, thinking that advertisers would fetch in big dollars without my doing anything. But at least it means that in total, I've had around 300,000 unique visitors to my websites over the past 3 years, which equates to 100,000 visitors a year, or about 270 visitors every day on average. Guess I'll just have to carry on performing for a little while then..... Potty |

I was just about to let you down easy and tell you that's page hits and not Unique visitors.
you should try. Google analytics it's just a line of code on all your pages. it gives you a lot of info on every thing about Visitors |
