I signed up for the monthly subscription, but have not ever received anything...nor have I been charged.

I went to their website this past week and tried again to subscribe to the monthly plan. We'll see what happens. If it doesn't work this time, I'll switch back to GENII.

My card was never charged, so I figured it was simply a glitch, or perhaps I never completed the transaction (I tend to do this stuff late at night). So, I tried it again. We'll see what happens. If it doesn't work this time, I will call.

Still waiting...guess I'm going to have to call. If this is the way it's going to be, I'll cancel. I had enough of late or missing issues with another magic group...don't need the headaches again.

Called MAGIC today to cancel my month-to-month subscription. I tried TWICE over the past six month. Apparently, neither attempt went through, even though I received an automated confirmation from the website.
The very pleasant young lady I spoke with told me they have been having issues on their website with the monthly subscriptions. I still cancelled, since I have called Richard Kaufman directly at Genii and subscribed to that magazine instead. I have never seen Magic Magazine, ans was hoping this trial run would lead to a full-on subscription at some point in the future. I am not telling this to denigrate MAGIC in any way...only to give fair warning to my fellow magi. If you want a monthly subscription to MAGIC, it is recommended that you call in directly to the circulation department. That way, you will know for sure that it went through.

Why you spent time asking questions about it on here as opposed to contacting the company directly is a mystery ...

Again, it was to make other magi aware of the issues so that they could avoid them by contacting Magic Magazine directly.
Had you read my posts, you would see that I DID contact them. At times, it is far quicker to get an answer here, if the problem is something that others have experienced. I could easily ask the same question of you...why didn't you private message or email me directly to ask this question, rather than posting it here? Same difference, in my opinion.
