What did he use that made his finger shock people when they touched it?

You know what.... I was wonder how he was shocking people with his bare hands too....I do a similar effect with a shock lighter and some card and that is funny to watch peoples reaction. honestly...I would like to know how to shock people with a device they never see.

Just think about how an electric current flows i.e. electric fence and grabbing a near by friend

This effect comes up on ebay quite frequently. I have never pursued it because it does not fit my style, I'm more of the joybuzzer type.
