Just wondering if any other performers who use six foot climb in balloons have been having quality issues with the balloons. I've been doing this for over 12 years and have had a streak of at least 8 or 9 balloons pop on me. Wondering if this is an issue that's not just me!

Orange is too tight of a balloon. Green and black seem chancy too
Most Balloons I can get in and out of 2-3 times. straighten out check for tiny rips throw them in dryer good to go again. White KABOOM balloons 80" South American seem the most pliable. The clear are good too. I also like the play in the Pink Rifcos.

Yeah, they have been popping more lately. I mostly use clear and white Rifco. I tried the South American one once and it popped - they seem thinner and more lopsided. There is an expensive type made in Germany that I heard may be better, but I haven't tried it yet. Maybe the newer Rifco ones have been sitting around at the warehouse too long, or maybe as Mark said, the color has an effect on durability.

I hit a good streak of Kaboom balloons, including orange for my Halloween Shows. For the most part they stood up. I have not noticed a difference in colors with respect to performance or quality, but I use yellow most of the time.

Last time I got 10 RED balloons and half of it popped while I was just inflating it. The best way is to pre-inflate before showtime and check for defects.
Just curious why you need to place them in a dryer. Pre-inflation works well for me.

Dryer re vulcanizes the rubber and makes it more supple.
They don't have to be hot to perform Just morning of a performance works for me. I have never tried pre inflating
