This was only my opinion, not fact, but if he is using a type of card catcher, then it is personal to him and not ever been on the market.

I own 2 of those gimmicks, it is used by Kim, Mike Chao and some other Asian performers. It is possible to produce cards one by one or 3 to 4 fans. After the last fan has been produce you end up clean. Very good prop for stage card manipulations.
