Lloyd Enochs published a color changing silk routine using a dye tube where the silk was only dyed about 3/4 the way, similar to McComb's Half Dyed silk. It is in Rice's Encyclopedias.... I do not have access to my books right now, anyone that has the Rice books, if you could find it and let me know which volume/page and what he named it? I would appreciate it.

Maybe"Flash Color Change"? page 709 Vol. 2 the Silk looks like the one described and there is an oblique credit to Lloyd (but no last name).
This could explain why Lloyd Enochs is not listed in the index of Contributors in Vol. 4. The silk is partially dyed in the end display. Mary Mowder |
