I am interested in obtaining the tray and wand used to produce the bubbles in this video. I have not had success contacting Dr. Froth http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pBUmMwl_tWA Any ideas? I have seen The Gazillion Bubbles Show and a show from Bubblemania that used a similiar apparatus.

Can a kid be in a bubble using the rope style?: http://bubblemedia.org/bubble-blowers/gi......vity-kit
If not, you might want to ask him openly on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/drfroth |

I have seen people do it with a tray made of half a tire and the bubble ring made of a hula hoop.

What about buying "Wishes" by Puck?

Seen it done with a paddling pool, small stool and a hula hoop.
I think Kevin is joking. Unless you want to pay a grand and a half for a load of bubbles that you can't fit anything inside. |

Thanks for the responses. I thought of a half tire, but would seem heavy for transport. The Wadding pool idea I have seen, but would not suit my purposes for same reason. "Wishes" was interesting for me to see (most recently seems to be priced at $850) but not what I am looking for right now. I will try contacting Dr. Froth via Facebook. There was also a possible alternative site to follow up on from the other thread Dynamike shared. Thanks all. Any other ideas are still welcome.

I am not sure it will work with a square position. If so, you can use PVC connected in a square shape. Cut the PVC in half (separating the bottom and top).
If the shape must be round, you can probably use bent PVC pipe: http://www.pvcworkshop.com/bendpipe.htm http://www.instructables.com/id/Bend-PVC-Pipe/ Cut the pipe in half too. Another idea is to go to a machine or metal molding shop/factory to see if they will make the aluminum the size and shape you want. I bet that is what Dr. Froth did. |
