What part of witchcraft involves abusing children? How could such acts respect the children or the world or the spiritual aspect of existence?

Religion and child abuse ....... Surely no religion can justify it and we should not tolerate child abuse from anyone.
A nasty part of me thinks that all child abusers (once found guilty) should be dumped in general population of some nasty prison. It's telling in my mind of criminals despise the perpetrators of certain crimes so much doesn't it speak to how bad these crimes are. Wouldn't the threat of being put in Gen pop be a bigger threat? Tough I do think that innocent until proven guilty still stands and everyone needs protecting until they are found guilty! |

The Catholic Church has had more than their share of pedophreeks.
Anyone can call themselves a Witch but true Witches (Wicca) would never harm anyone, especialy a child. Iven

Obviously the first article is talking about criminal sexual offenders. There are such people in the Catholic church, among children's entertainers and most other groups. The second article refers to an unbelievably stupid person, who should absolutely not be allowed to have kids. There are very stupid people in all groups (most are not this stupid thankfully).

The church...pagans...schoolteachers... Childrens magicians...
There are depraved individuals in every walk of life. Some of them are attached to things that garner more attention and generate more fear. How many hundreds of children have been abused by say...Pastry chefs and gone unnoticed? Why don't the pastry chefs get the same recognition? Because we don't start off suspecting the pastry chefs. We like having our fears justified. We suspect the church, the witches, the party magicians and the teachers. When we are able to justify those fears, we run with it. Look at the person, not the purported belief system they are associated with, do not look at their profession. Look at the person. Gwyd |

Paedophiles make ideal recruits and tools, easily blackmailed and controlled once you promote them into high office. As there are fewer people in high office relative to other people so it comes to pass as surely as night follows day that 99% of them in high places are paedophiles and other suchlike satanic creatures. That is why the Athenian lawmaker Solon decreed it a crime for any citizen to shrink from controversy.
