The video was on my local news last night. There was nothing about Penquin Magic, and it was referred to as a prank. Glad to see it was about Rahat. I hope he finds a way to bring back magic pranks on t.v. There's been some good ones in the past, but short lived.

I cannot see why anyone would blame Penguin for what they see as exposure in order to profit. It's the magicians who are doing that! Penguin is only selling what (usually well-respected) magicians want to sell. If Penguin doesn’t sell them then someone else will step right in and do it. If Penguin doesn’t promote them and keeps them well hidden so lay people hopefully won't see them, the magician/creators will have a fit because that means lost sales.
If you feel the need to blast anyone for ads that might allow those darned lay people to discover all the hidden secrets of magic, then go blast the ones actually putting it out there. Not the ones they ask to sell it for them. Thank you. Jim |

Maybe we should just close all of the magic shops. Those of us already in are lucky, and anyone else looking to get into the art is just out of luck.
What a joke.
