I recently purchased a version of Pavel's walking knot routine with five segments. But it came without instructions. It's difficult to figure out the basic move from online videos. Does anyone know about an instructional DVD or printed instructions that I might get? Thanks!

No you cannot get the printed instructions from anyplace but Pavel site or the person you purchased the rope from. If you search this rope section, there are several members that have said they have the simplier model you have. Maybe they will sell you a copy if you ask nicely.

Hi Dariuswind,
I have both the normal and the simplified version of the Walking knot. If you want I can scan the instructions and PM them to you. Let me know if you still need them. Magical Greetz, Peter van Rhein |

It sounds like you have the simplified version. There must be a half a dozen routines up on youtube.

I decided to put the routine in my show when I saw this video from Topper Martyn on YouTube:

Peter, thank you for your offer to PM your scanned instructions -- That would be perfect and much appreciated! I am not familiar with the PM system here --- Can you just send it directly, or do you need additional info from me? Many thanks again. -- Darius

Hi Darius,
I can scan the instructions for you tomorrow when I am at work. You can find your Personal Messages in the menu on the right of the Magic Café Logo at the top of the screen. On the second row it says: "Private Messages" If you click on that you will find the messages. I will sent you one now so you can try it. Magical Greetz, Peter |

Hi Darius,
I have sent you the instructions for the Super Walking Knot (Simplified Version) with 5 segments. I've also sent the rest of the instructions about rope care a.o. It takes some time to get it smooth but it is absolutely worth your effort. It is a brilliant effect Have Fun! Magical Greetz from Holland, Peter van Rhein |
