I have 3.... couldn't resist when one came up for sale here. Like Dan Dent I did have two then picked up a third.
Why ???? It's a sickness. (a good one though) It is a great wallet...

About 2 years ago I made the wrong choice by buying "The Ghost" instead of "The Lookout Wallet".
I wanted a good pad or wallet to do drawing duplications. After buying "The Ghost" I was really disappointed, because you had to do a reset and buy a different marker from what I normally use. When I decided to buy the "The Lookout Wallet" it was sold out for a long time. I bought another peek wallet, The Jaks Wallet. This is also a great wallet and I still use it, but "The Lookout Wallet" was still on my wishlist. I finally got my "Lookout Wallet" a few months ago and I really love it. The fact that you can leave your wallet with your participant to put the businesscard inside themself and I can do a quick peek after putting a rubberband around it is what I really love about it. I don't have to go back into the wallet to take another businesscard to be able to duplicate the drawing. This is something I always "hated". If you would know the effect you were going to perform, why didn't you take out 2 business cards in the first place and why would you leave the participant with two of your businesscards after the effect. "The Lookout Wallet" is the solution to all the problems I had with other peek wallets or pads. Highly Recommended!! Thanks Paul! Ciao, Roberto |

I know I’m reviving a thread which has been buried for 2 years, but I just have to say: the Lookout Wallet is the best business card Peek Wallet on the market.
Ive never ben too fond of traditional peek wallets mainly because if you keep business cards in the wallet, they often only hold 10 cards or so or they are just in the wallet which ends up with bent cards. This wallet holds a ton of cards. I currently have 32 thick business cards in it comfortably and it could fit many more. This is the main reason I prefer this wallet over all the others. It’s practical. The peek itself is also great. It doesn’t seem possible that you could get the peek since the back of their card is showing. Very clever psychology in the routine and execution. I’ve been looking for a nice business card peek wallet for a while, and I’ve finally fond the solution. If you haven’t picked one of these up yet, I highly recommend it. My only complaint is that you DO have to work the wallet in a bit. I suggest filling it with business cards, closing it, and the leaving it under a pile of books for a couple of nights. Other than the need to work the wallet in a bit, it’s a great item. Madison |

Same here Madison just got this!
Definitely needs worked/worn in but it is one of the better business card peek wallets I've come across. I have mine filled with SymbolMinded by Mark Strivings A+ and highly recommended |

I got one today. I have (or have had) quite a few p**k wallets, but this one had mostly escaped my radar until recently. I do use a wallet when doing strolling or close up mentalism. Though I really like the Telethought feature, I end up often not being able to use it in darker situations. I find the SAW is the one I use the most. However, I will definitely take the Lookout for a spin at my next gig. The p**k is deceptive and very good angle wise (I'd say even better than the SAW). I also really like that I can I can fit a stack of business cards in it. I use a stack of cards for a few different things, and it's nice that I can fit them in the wallet instead of in a separate pocket.
Regarding the break in, to me it's a great sign. Wallets that are soft and flexible right out the gate can get over stretched relatively easily. I like it and I see myself using it. I should have picked one up a while ago.

Earlier this year I was in conversation with a very well-known mentalist and he recommended I take another look at the Lookout. I did and I soon realised how brilliant (and user-friendly) this is. What I particularly like is the way you can get two different p**ks, one subtle and quick, and the other more leisurely allowing you more time to get the desired information.
The Lookout is excellent quality and, as Last Laugh, mentions, it is very good angle-wise. Neil |
