I know there was a post on books already. But I have been doing magic for a few years now. and am now stretching to stage magic. mostly manipulation.
What books are out there that would help me in topics like: movement on stage, angles, the whole ABC effect (as I believe its called), or just any other methods helpful to a beginner on stage. Thanks |

It is a historical journey through the so called golden age of magic, telling the story of some of the greatest magicians of all times. While I would agree that you can learn a lot from reading this book I wouldn`t neccessarily say that it is a book to teach you what to do on stage / how to act. For this you have to read between the lines. But again, its a really good book and I would advise anyone interested in the art of magic to have a look! All the best, Sven ^^

Hi kernohd2,
You may want to ask this down at "Stage, Platform and Parlour!" I'm sure there are some working pros who have their favorite sources for this info.
