I do a couple of card effects where at the onset, a selected, returned, and "lost" card is openly, and supposedly accidentally, in a "randomly" picked packet.. i.e Dunbury Delusion, invisible Card (Paul Cummins). I like the effect, a transposition with a mild sucker element. I can manage the handling, and have solid patter once the stage is set where the spectator believes their selection is in the packet.
My problem is a premise or story line that gives some rationale to how a selected card that was lost in the deck moments ago coincidentally is one of a small packet of 4-6 "random" cards. Any thoughts? |
