Someone here (pardon me for forgetting whom exactly) mentioned "Revelations of a Spirit Medium" as being an interesting and worthwhile book. I found it on a site, but only for pay. Digging a bit deeper I found it for free at:
http://ia600307.us.archive.org/7/items/r......iala.pdf The social network he mentions is interesting as heck considering. |

Thank you all very much; it's the least I can do for all the kindnesses shown me here. I am by nature inquisitive which means I can be inappropriately 'nosy' so I thank you all for your patience with me poking about. I admit I was fascinated, and constantly wondering through each new scenario he presented how it would apply to the whole updated 'New Age' thing.

This board in particular seems very accommodating to the nosy type, so no reason you can't ask away.

Revelations is a fascinating book. I agree the whole Brotherhood/network is very interesting. I also wonder what his unwritten, unbelievable story at the end is. Thanks for the source, Heather! That website has all kinds of interesting stuff.

Many thanks HeatherV These are wonderful books. Somewhere else in the Café there were links to other old books in the Libary of Congress. They do while away then time travelling down to London and so easy with E Readers. That said I'm not sure what to say when people ask what it is I'm reading.
