Sorry guys, our CoolBox offers have been selling out so quickly, we've been starting 1, 2 or even 3 extra offers before mid-night on the same day, which is making it twice as hard to come up with more offers.

So thank you for all the support! We'll be working hard to keep a step ahead!

I don't know how you guys at Penguin plan the cool box, but with things selling out that fast, I would probably just plan out the month ahead at least with the daily deals, and then have a rotating list of items in a database that I could use as the "filler" material for the cool box when another deal sells out. Just an idea, anyway to solve the potential issue...

While it's hard to know very far in advance what our stock levels will be, and while we try hard not to repeat offers, or offer "filler", we will certainly be trying to do more planning ahead like you suggested. Thanks for your support!

What about an instant download as a filler if the main item sell out !

I'm fairly sure the purpose of the Cool Box is to help clear out inventory. So asking for instant downloads in there doesn't make a whole lot of sense (from Penguin's perspective).
