If you can't wait for the next special guest, there are many people who have been past guests, please see the archives (Chef Special's by Year). For example, member charliemartin is suggesting Paul Kozak. Great suggestion, but Paul was our special guest back in November of 2006. To read those discussions simply Click Here!. Member Chessmann has suggested that Steve Dusheck would make a great guest. We agree. However, as I've stated in the past, we approached Mr. Dusheck some time ago and though he was honored that we would think of him he declined, at least for the moment. Thanks again everyone for your continued support.
