If anyone in new york is interested in getting involved:
FULL CB2 BOARD MEETING: Thursday, April 18 at 6:00 PM, Scholastic Building, 557 Broadway (bet. Prince & Spring Sts.) Auditorium THE PUBLIC SESSION BEGINS AT 6:00 PM. (Be there early if you intend to get a seat and speak) SPEAKERS' (from the public) CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM 6:00 TO 6:30 PM. If you don't submit a card to speak, you will not be able to speak. NOTE: The Parks Dept is going to great lengths to trick the media into believing that the perfomer ban will have no effect in Wash Sq Park. This is totally untrue. It will eliminate virtually all performers. They don't want a repeat of that CB#2 meeting in 2011 when the entire community spoke out against the performer summonses. |

So, what is this "expressive matter vending rule"?
I understand the underlying consequence, but what is this rule?
