Does anyone know where I can get a custom silk flag made using my country's flag design? I am from Malaysia.

I don't have the right flag for you. However, if you started with the mismade flag from the set that has the 13 stripes (red and white) but the white field where the stars go on the American flag, you could make one!

Sharpie Pens work very well on silk.

We do have those flags available.
