I just watched the opening of "Let's Make It Legal" on Fox Movies.
Before the film began, they put up a disclaimer stating, " This film has been modified to fit in more commercials". Really.
One of the last living 10-in-one performers. I wanted to be in show business the worst way, and that was it.

Yep, watching movies on cable channels such as TBS has become hopeless. That's why I "DVR" everything I am remotely interested in watching- then watch it later fast forwarding through the back to back to back to back to back to back of commercials. FCC should limit the number of commercials per hour, obviously they don't... Love that DVR!- otherwise TV now has become almost unbearable to watch without multi-tasking or doing something else at the same time. I am particularly weary about hearing about male disfunction.

I skip through the films and watch the commercials.

Free enterprise? Yeh, right. See the 60ty Minutes piece last Sunday exposing why the price of eyeglasses are so high. The same company owns (and regulates the stores their products are sold in): Ray Ban, Oakley, Sun Glass Hut, Pearle Vision, Target optical, Sears optical, and many, many more brands and stores. Kinda a false "free choice". Must be magicians...

With all the other ways to watch movies it's hard to believe that people still watch them on cable channels with commercials.
