I really like the look of this but would like to know more about it. Anybody bought it?

This has just re-appeared near the top of HP list of products. I noticed it a while back but never took the plunge. Having re-watched the demo I am inspired to take another look at this, wondering if anyone knows answers to these questions...
1. Is this a permanently installed topit or moveable between different clothes? 2. Do any clothes need alterations done? 3. Anyone been using it and knows how it compares to a regular version?

It is a normal topit in the way it is installed etc, it could be permanent or pinned in.

Can anyone confirm if it comes with a physical topit or is it just instructions? Because $99 for only instructions is wayyyyy too steep in my opinion.
