I am an Internet Marketer for a couple of years now.
I specializes in website creation, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media marketing, etc..

The question is if I want to help fellow magicians create their own websites and help them in marketing, where do I look for them?
eg. Which section of the forum allows me to promote my service?

If you've been doing Internet marketing you should know the answer to your question. How can someone pay you money to help them market if you don't know how to market to them?

I get calls every week from Internet marketers who say they can get me to the top page of google in organic search results. My response is that I am on googles organic results 3 times with 3 different websites how dd they not notice that? They hem and haw and I tell them they should do a bit more homework. First rule of marketing is know your customer.
