I am really interested in the routines Cardini performed. So far I only know about card manipulation,Billiard Ball and cigarette routines? What other stuff did he do?How long was his total act? Thanks.

He's also noted for a linking rings routine - see Levent's DVD set on the linking rings.

Have you had a chance to read "Cardini, the Suave Deceiver" by John Fisher? It's pricey, but good.

You might want to check Max Holden's _Programmes of Famous Magicians_. In the performance from "Festival of Magic," Cardini performed a quick self-untying silk routine and a strange bit with the boutonniere in his lapel rotating that seemed strange compared to the rest of the act.

I also second Larry's suggestion about the Fisher biography. IIRC, it has a list of routines that Cardini performed on cruise ships that includes some surprises.

Are you asking about Dai Vernon's stage/platform act? There was a discussion on the harlequin act on the Café back in 2011:

Just as a side note, if your interested in learning more about Cardini's slights, look at McBride's art of card manipulation!
