I've done a little post today about Houdini's escape from the belly of a "sea monster" on the stage of Boston's Keith's Theater in 1911. Did you know that the never-made Tom Cruise Houdini movie would have opened with this escape?

Thank you, MartiniMagic. I've wanted to put something up about the Sea Monster challenge for a while, but I didn't really have anything new to add. But then I thought the Cruise movie connection was a good way in and a way to present something "new."
